Would you like a sweet treat for breakfast? Or maybe just have a snack with this healthy dessert? I would prefer to eat this incredibly delicious mix, because it is low in calories, healthy and, well, very tasty.



  1. Blend 1/2 pack of cottage cheese with a banana.
  2. Blend the second part with strawberries.
  3. Wash berries and apricots.
  4. Then cut the apricots into slices.
  5. Spread prepared ingredients in layers.
  6. Bon appetit!
