Going into the store, I see purple Chinese cabbage. And what do you think? In my head began to scroll through the options for making light salad, as I had planned.   1. Finely chop Chinese cabbage.
  2. Cut the cucumber into cubes.
  3. Combine cabbage, cucumber, corn in a bowl.
  4. Dress it with olive oil, add lemon juice, salt. Stir it.
  5. Add the crackers. I used the home-made ones, which were some pieces of bread browned in the toaster and after diced.
