Earlier, when I ate this dessert in a restaurant, I thought how many skills you need to have to cook this culinary masterpiece! That time I could not even imagine that one day I would do it myself. Mixing the ingredients, I could not fully understand how it can be cooked so easily. What's the catch? When will it be difficult and I will lose my cool? To my great surprise, it took me no more than 5 minutes to cook it! And the taste is mmm ... Like at a restaurant!) The only thing I forgot, because of my wild enthusiasm, was to take a picture of the dessert in the cut - the chocolate river flowed right from Fondant. But I think that I will cook it more than once and show you this sight.

  1. Put chocolate and butter in one deep bowl and melt in the microwave or on a water bath.
  2. Meanwhile, mix the egg with sugar.
  3. Let the chocolate-butter mixture cool down. Add an egg beaten with sugar into it. Mix.
  4. Add flour and stir again until smooth. The dough is ready.
  5. Butter the baking cups and pour the dough into it, but not up to the top as the dough rises a little bit while baking.
  6. Place baking cups into the preheated oven to 210 degrees.
  7. Bake for 5-7 minutes.
  8. After, put them on the plates, sprinkle over some cocoa and decorate with any berries if you want.
