  1. Beat the eggs with milk in a deep bowl.
  2. Add sugar and a pinch of salt. Whisk.
  3. Gradually enter flour, stirring constantly.
  4. Beat until smooth.
  5. Add the oil. Stir and leave the dough for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Fry the pancakes on both sides in a preheated frying pan.
  7. Serve at the table with jam, honey or sour cream.
