I made this raspberry jam in the summer and I did it for the first time. I can admit, I was terribly worried that something could go wrong. But still I cooked it. After tinning jam into jars, I put my treat in a dark place until winter. Winter holidays came and I wanted to make useful gifts to my relatives. I collected small boxes from my provision, among which there was raspberry jam. My happiness was infinite when I tried all that and understood that everything was perfect! And despite the fact that I added sugar a little less than expected, the jam was not spoilt and it turned out very tasty!)



  1. Sort out berries, throwing out spoilt ones.
  2. Wash them under running water.
  3. Next, pour the raspberry in the pan, where it will be cooked and fill it over with sugar.
  4. Put all that into the fridge for the night.
  5. On the next day, bring the jam to a boil and cook until thick. It took me 15-20 minutes.
  6. Sterilize the jars in any convenient way and let them dry.
  7. After, pour the jam into jars and roll.
  8. Delicious raspberry jam is ready.
