It is a very light breakfast or a snack. Banana and blackcurrant smoothies are incredibly beneficial, especially since they are made mega-fast.



  1. Grind banana and currants in a blender.
  2. Add flax seeds. I added immediately, but you can still fill them with water and leave overnight. And in the morning, drain the water and add to the smoothie. That is already to taste.
  3. Blender the mass once again.
  4. Pour into a cup or jar.
