I somehow liked such sweets and I decided to try to make them myself. Considering that I adore sweets, for me it is the perfect substitute for store chocolates.
- Grind almond and oatmeal in a blender to crumbs.
- Gradually add dried apricots, dates, lemon zest and juice.
- Grind them all until a homogeneous mass is obtained and form balls.
- Dump in shavings, cocoa or chia.
