I usually eat oatmeal for breakfast, but today I wanted something light, healthy and not to bother with it. As a result, I made this fruit salad, which turned out to be so delicious.



  1. Prepare the fruit: wash apple and persimmon, remove the peel of a banana.
  2. Cut fruit cubes and pour into a bowl.
  3. Add nuts and grains of pomegranate to fruit. Stir.
  4. Serve at the table and saturate the body with vitamins!
