Couscous is just a godsend for people in a hurry. It is cooked quickly and easily, and what is most important - you can cook it right at work for 10 minutes. Of course, couscous, like all other cereals, contains a great amount of carbohydrates, that's why those who care about their body shape shouldn’t addict to it. But at the same time, I am sure that warm salad cooked with couscous is better than shop snacks. It is insanely tasty, easy and practical!

  1. Pour boiling water over couscous (in the ratio 1:1.5). Add salt.
  2. Cover it and leave for 10 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, wash the tomatoes and cut into cubes.
  4. Chop cheese and avocado as well.
  5. Squeeze juice from half a lemon.
  6. Combine all the ingredients in a salad bowl, add lemon juice and olive oil.
  7. Mix well.
